Bodhaka Virtual Labs — ChatGPT app
1.Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the Bodhaka Virtual Labs app (the "App") provided by BuoyantWave Learning Technologies LLP, operating the Bodhaka brand (bodhaka.org), inside ChatGPT. By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2.The Service
The App renders two interactive learning canvases — the Bodhaka Physics Lab and the Bodhaka Chemistry Lab — inside ChatGPT. You build a diagram or equation, then ask ChatGPT to analyse it. The App is an educational aid.
3.Educational disclaimer
Feedback is generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or incorrect. It is provided for learning support only and is not a substitute for a qualified teacher, textbook, or professional advice. Always verify important results independently.
4.Acceptable use
You agree to use the App lawfully and for genuine educational purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying services.
5.AI processing & third parties
Analysis runs on your own ChatGPT account; that interaction is governed by OpenAI's terms and policies. The App itself collects and stores no personal data (see the Privacy Policy). Your in-progress work is saved locally in your browser on your device.
6.Intellectual property
The App, its canvases, design, content, and the Bodhaka brand are owned by BuoyantWave Learning Technologies LLP and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the specific diagrams and questions you create; you grant only the permissions necessary to process them for analysis as you direct.
7.No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of results, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuoyantWave Learning Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated feedback.
9.Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a revised date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
10.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
